Interview

Whether it’s an online or a face-to-face interview, you should always be prepared. The interview process is as much about us interviewing you, as well as you making sure we are the right fit for your career.

Pay attention to both interview content and body language. Use the STAR Technique to help you answer questions confidently.

Preparation for your interview may seem like hard work – however, if you are fully prepared, you should feel more confident on the day and deliver a better performance.

Help & Tips

Be interview-ready!

Do not finish the interview with silence - be engaged! Ask some questions about the role, the team, culture and projects.

Online Interviews: Many of our first stage interviews are held via Microsoft Teams so it’s important to prepare yourself as you would for a face-to-face interview. It’s always advisable to check the link works and log in a few minutes before the start.
